- Purpose:
- Ø To create engaging lesson plans to educate students by nurturing and developing productive classroom environment.
- Responsibilities:
- Ø Take offline and/or online classes in any branch of Malde Academy or its Franchise or Partner
- Ø To develop and review content
- Ø To develop e-learning content for various products
- Ø To prepare comprehensive lesson plans and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
- Ø To use internet space (educational apps, content etc.) for bringing in interactive online and offline learning strategies
- Ø To introduce innovative teaching methods
- Ø To supervise class for healthy, safe classroom environment
- Ø To collaborate with teachers, parents and students and attend regular parent teacher meetings (PTMs)
- Ø To assign homework, evaluate tests and implement and encourage interactive learning
- Ø To record and document students’ progress and provide regular feedback
- Ø To plan and execute educational IN – class and OUT – door activities and events
- Ø To participate and execute in administrative responsibilities
- Competencies:
- Ø Outstanding verbal and written command on delivery language of classroom instruction
- Ø Command on the subject by continuous reading books and related latest content
- Ø Excellent social, interactive and nurturing skills
- Ø Adaptable, flexible and fast learner
- Ø Self-motivated, High Integrity, Independent & Outside the BOX thinker
- Ø Self-driven with strong adherence to deadlines
Ø Working knowledge of MS Office, Internet, etc.
- Purpose:
- Ø To create best, informative, interesting, relevant and up-to-date content.
- Responsibilities:
- Ø To develop and review content
- Ø Ensure constant up gradation of existing content for our various courses
- Ø To develop e-learning content for various products
- Ø To prepare comprehensive lesson plans and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
- Ø To use internet space (educational apps, content etc.) for bringing in interactive online and offline learning strategies
- Ø Planning, development and review of content for new products and addition of new subjects for existing products
- Ø Add to the existing network of content developers
and reviewers - Competencies:
- Ø Ability to handle a team of freelancers/part-timers
- Ø Command on the subject by continuous reading books and related latest content
- Ø Excellent social, interactive and nurturing skills

- Purpose:
- Ø To coordinate with all activities and look on smooth working of Academy.
- Responsibilities:
- Ø Calling students for admission & enquiry and follow up on leads
- Ø Counsel students and convince them to enroll
- Ø Answering phone calls and keeping records of all enquires
- Ø Coordinate faculties and students regarding lecture and test schedule
- Ø Issue study material and related rewards to students
- Ø Maintain records of student enrolments and stock available in the office
- Ø Responsible for general office maintenance
- Ø Preparing vouchers and maintaining accounts
- Ø To assign homework, evaluate tests, implement and encourage interactive learning
- Ø To record and document students’ progress and provide regular feedback and conduct Parents-Teacher Meeting (PTM)
- Ø To plan and execute educational IN – class and OUT – door activities and events
- Ø To participate and execute in administrative responsibilities

- Purpose:
- Ø To create new leads and increase the admission count of the Academy.
- Responsibilities:
- Ø Answering phone calls and keeping records of all enquires
- Ø Calling students for admission & enquiry and follow up on leads
- Ø Responsible for all marketing related activities in and outside the center
- Ø Create brand awareness through physical and digital media
- Ø Supervision of all kind of campaigns such as leaflet distribution, banners, display boards, information kiosks and all other ground level activities
- Ø Organizing and conducting promotional activities for the company’s products
- Ø Visiting colleges to put up posters, collecting student database and fixing up seminars
- Ø Maintain relationships with engineering colleges and TPOs / Principals
- Ø Plan and execute, calling, email and SMS campaigns along with market analysis
- Ø Responsible for achieving targets for the center
- Ø To plan and execute educational IN – class and OUT – door activities and events
- Ø Male candidates preferred
- Competencies:
- Ø Must possess a two wheeler and have at least 1 year relevant industry experience
- Ø Should be willing to work on Sundays
- Ø Excellent social, interactive, nurturing, verbal and communication skills
- Ø Good professional and personal presentation, adaptable, flexible and fast learner
- Ø Working knowledge of MS Office, Internet, Digital Marketing, etc.
